Description

A unique batch of local honey capturing the taste of late summer 2023 in M33, Sale, Trafford. Most of the flavour comes from the pollen and nectar of flowers foraged by the bees within 1-mile of the hive in a back garden in Homelands Road. The rest comes from slightly further afield, up to 5-miles from the hive.
This pure M33 honey was harvested by Max and Tristran.
Tasting Note: Exceptional sweetness that gives way to a powerful fruit flavour and finishes with sultanas and dates.
Ingredients: 100% Unpasteurised Honey.
Storage: Store at room temperature. If crystallisation occurs, place jar in warm water.
