This homemade blackberry and apple jelly comes with a twist as we combine our own homegrown handpicked 'Chester' blackberries and homegrown 'John Downie' apples with honey from our own apiary. Made in small batches, every batch unique (largely) depending on the honey. The current batch is made using Late Summer M33 Honey harvested by Max and Tristran.

Tasting Note: An intense blackberry flavour, sweet and tart, with incredible depth from our Late Summer M33 Honey.

Ingredients: Blackberries, Honey 33%, Apples, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent (Fruit Pectin).

Prepared with 50g fruit per 100g.

Total sugar content 60g per 100g.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 weeks.
