Description

This homemade raspberry jam comes with a twist as we combine our own homegrown handpicked 'Joan J' autumn raspberries with honey from our own apiary. Made in small batches, every batch is unique (largely) depending on the honey. The current batch is made using Late Summer M33 Honey harvested by Max and Tristran.
Tasting Note: A highly perfumed jam with a concentrated raspberry flavour complemented by our Late Summer M33 Honey.
Ingredients: Raspberries, Honey 33%, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent (Fruit Pectin).
Prepared with 50g fruit per 100g.
Total sugar content 64g per 100g.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 weeks.
